How to Make a Tee Time
Members and non-members can reserve tee times by calling the Golf Shop at (207) 236-8488 during normal business hours.
Tips from our Starter:
Tee times are required and you must be on time to ensure your spot on the tee.
When calling for a tee time please indicate the number of golfers in your group and whether you intend to play nine or eighteen holes.
During the busy summer season tee times start at 7:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM.
On Tuesday and Wednesday late afternoons during Men's Twilight and Ladies League play certain blocks of tee times are reserved for league play.
On Sunday Mornings during the season certain early morning blocks of tee times are reserved for golfers playing in the Sunday Tournament.
Please obey all instructions given by the starter and rangers.
Goose River Golf Club Rules
1. All members and guests please sign in before teeing off.
2. Carts may cross the fairways at 90 degrees, keep carts 30 feet from the greens outside the ropes.
3. GRGC is a "spike less" golf facility. No metal spikes or cleats on the course.
4. Repair ball marks on the greens and replace divots.
5. GRGC asks that golfers wear appropriate attire. Shorts of a reasonable length. Collared shirts for men. GRGC will make the final decision on acceptable attire.
6. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the course. Please refrain from bringing alcohol to GRGC. Coolers are prohibited. GRGC cooperates fully with regional and state authorities to enforce this policy.
7. Tee times are required and you must be on time to ensure your spot on the tee. Please obey instructions given by the Starters and Rangers. Arriving early will allow plenty of time for changing, shoes, changing clothes, and for checking in with the Golf Shop. Anyone under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years, unless approved by the GRGC Golf Director
8. Please be aware of your conduct on the golf course premises. Make a conscious effort to play in a timely manner and allow faster groups to play through when appropriate. Assure other golfers are out of range before hitting the ball. Please do not litter. Leave the course as you found it.
9. Misuse of golf carts can result in immediate removal of cart use and dismissal from the course. You are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the cart.
10. USGA rules govern all play except where modified by local rules
